MEDFORD, NY — At least three people are without a home after an early morning fire broke out Monday at a home in Medford, News 12 reported. A fire broke out at a home on Wilson Avenue at about midnight, Suffolk police said, adding that no one was injured. Firefighters from five different departments were called to the scene to help douse the flames, News 12 reported. Arson Section detectives are investigating the cause of the fire. It's the third fire to break out the hamlet in just a few days. Forty to forty-five cars were damaged in a parking lot early Friday morning. Then on Saturday, a brush fire broke out in a wooded area off of the Long Island Expressway. No injuries were reported in those fires either.
