Press release from the City of Oak Creek: 04/01/2022 1:00 PM The Oak Creek Public Library is hosting a number of free programs for children, tweens, and teens during the month of April. Find out more by visiting the library's events calendar, in person at 8040 S. 6th St., or over the phone by calling 414-766-7900. Books 2 Movies Contest Teens, write a review of a book made into a movie OR a movie made into a book. You may enter multiple times, but each entry should be for a different title. The entry box will be on display in the YA section throughout the month of April. Win movie and book gift certificates! This program is geared toward teens. Registration is not required. Family Fun Night – Coding Lab Location: Multi-purpose Room Thursday, Apr. 14th, 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. Join us for a night of finance fun for the whole family! Learn from a financial professional the basics of how to be smart with money, compete in family trivia, and then practice your skills with classic money-based board games. This program is geared toward children ages 8-11, with an adult (siblings welcome). This program is held in the library's Multi-purpose Room. Registration is not required.
