Come celebrate the end of Senior Club with a night of music, art, dancing, and drinks. Ticket Drop #1: 4/2 5 pm Ticket Drop #2: 4/6 5pm BASICS - What? Senior Formal @ The Philadelphia Museum of Art - When? Thursday, April 14th - Time? 8pm-11:30pm. You must arrive by 9:30 pm to be admitted. - Where? The Philadelphia Museum of Art (WEST Entrance) 2600 Benjamin Franklin Pkwy, Philadelphia, PA 19130 - ID? Bring your government issued ID (or passport) and Penn Card. - This event is open to all seniors. 21+ attendees will get stamps ATTIRE - It’s a gala! Come in what makes you happy. We want you to be comfortable and feel good. Again, there is no black tie requirement. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A TICKET? - DJ and Dancing - Event Photographers - Red Carpet - Photo Booths with souvenier photos EVENT BARS - Free drink ticket for 200 Penn seniors (must secure the correct ticket in advance through Eventbrite) - vodka, gin, bourbon, whiskey, scotch, tequila, rum cocktails ($10) - house red, white, + sparkling wines ($9) - three beer varieties ($7) - soft drinks, sparkling water, still water ($3) - Cash and card payments are accepted FOOD - Sweet and spicy mixed nuts ($4) - Individual bags of kettle chips ($4) - Chocolate chip cookie ($5) - Sugar cookie($5) - Brownie ($5) - Blondies ($5) FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Can non-Penn seniors attend? - No. This event is for the Penn Class of 2022 only. Students not graduating in 2022 and students who do not go to Penn cannot attend due to the event's limited capacity. Why aren’t there more tickets? Did PMA shrink between NSO and now? - This was the maximum capacity the museum was able to offer us with the current space and our budget. We are unable to increase our capacity for this event and apologize for the inconvenience. Please add yourself to the event waitlist in the case someone refunds their ticket. - To reiterate, there will be no additional tickets sold or guest tickets offered. Do I have to wear a ball gown/ black tie? - No! Wear what you want. Can I buy gala tickets at the door? - No. Ticket sales are in advance at this link only Will there be coat check? - Yes. Coat check is free to all attendees Are international IDs and Passports accepted? - Only international passports will be accepted. All US government issued IDs/driver licenses are also accepted HOW TO ENTER AND EXIT THE GALA Where do I enter? - PLEASE NOTE the entrance to the Gala will be at the WEST ENTRANCE located in front of Kelly Drive (not the Rocky stairs) - There will be a balloon arch and gala signage to help you navigate. - Doors open exactly at 8pm. - This is NOT the museum step entrance Where do I leave? - You may exit through the East Entrance (The Rocky steps) - You may also exit through the WEST Entrance (Where you entered) - Students will not be able towait for ubers inthe museum afterr 11:30 pm.
