Movement is one way our body detoxifies, by moving lymph. Unfortunately, lymph has no pumping system to move it throughout the body, and lack of movement not only slows the metabolism, but increases toxicity. This toxicity manifests as: digestive disorders, auto-immune diseases, acne, and inflammation.
Our Exercises in Mobility classes use a combination or tai chi, gi gong, and breathwork to gently and slowly improve mobility, loosen joints, reduce inflammation, and calm the mind. Classes are held on Wednesdays @ 6:30 pm
