NORWALK, CT — A portion of Knowalot Lane in Norwalk is closed Monday afternoon due to a pole and wires down in the area, according to police. Police said around 2 p.m. on Twitter the road is closed between Grumman Avenue and the exit of Cranbury Elementary School. Access to the school will be from the entrance only, police said. No injuries were reported. Drivers are asked to seek out an alternative route, according to police.
