SILVER SPRING, MD — Kennedy Isom, 14, was reported missing in Silver Spring and authorities are asking for the public's help to find her. Kennedy was last seen Friday around 12:30 p.m. on the 50 block of University Boulevard East, Montgomery County Police said. She is 5-foot-8 and has brown eyes and long black hair in braids, with clear beads. She was wearing a black vest, a black hoodie with white strings underneath the vest, black sweatpants and black, green and yellow Jordan sneakers when she was last seen, police said.
