Respect Advancement opportunities OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: Is reliable and dependable – on time Has a clean driving history for at least 3 years Is able to work in a team or solo Enjoys working outdoors on a daily basis Is ethical and honest (pass a background check) Is able to lift 30 pounds repetitively Is physically able to work in field conditions (cold, hot, wet, windy, etc.) digging, operating equipment, etc. for 40+ hours per week. YOU WILL: Follow directions from supervisors and managers Responsibly Drive a full-size crew truck and 14’ trailer Read and install sprinkler systems per directions Troubleshoot and problem solve sprinkler systems Learn about plants and how to care for them Participate in the weekend On-Call rotation – Approximately once every 5 weekends.
