Indecent Exposure Reported In Bluemont Park Area: Police

ARLINGTON, VA — A man exposed himself to a female victim in the Bluemont Park area around noon on Friday, according to the Arlington County Police Department. At about 12:20 p.m. on Friday, police were dispatched to the 800 block of N. Manchester Street for the report of an indecent exposure. When they arrived, police learned that at about 11:50 a.m., the victim was walking in the area when she saw a man walk past her with his genitals exposed, police said. The man then fled the area on foot. The suspect is described as a man of unknown race, about 20 to 30 years old, wearing a dark gray hoodie and navy blue shorts.
