SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus Police, all of last week's arrests: On March 28 at 12:11 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Home Depot located at 1055 Paterson Plank Road on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 28-year-old male, German Vasquez of Lemoyne, PA for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)]. Vasquez was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody. On March 28 at 6:56 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Courtyard Marriot located at 455 Harmon Meadow Boulevard on a report of an individual refusing to leave the property. During the investigation, the police arrested a 32 year old female, Michelle Romanescu, of Jamaica Estates, NY for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union City, NJ in the amount of $500. Romanescu was unable to post bail for the involved warrants and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail. On March 30 at 1:15 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 19-year-old male, Abdurasul Ruzikulov of Brooklyn, NY for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of South River, NJ in the amount of $500. South River did release Ruzikulov on his own recognizance pending a future court date. Mr. Ruzikulov was issued 4 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody. On March 30 at 9:55 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 30-year-old male, Michael Bullock of Paterson, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $10,000 with a 10% option and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Haledon, NJ in the amount of $500. Bullock was able to post bail for the involved warrants, was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody. On March 30 at 2:31 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Bank of America located at 700 Plaza Drive on a report of possible identity theft. During the investigation, the police arrested a 31-year-old female, Kayla St. Pierre of Halfmoon, NY for Possession of False Government Documents [2C:21-17A(1)] and Theft of Identity [2C:21-2.1C]. St. Pierre was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody. On March 31 at 9:33 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 29-year-old male, Brian Kaulesar of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Hudson County Sheriff's Office with no bail. Mr. Kaulesar was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Sheriff's Office. On March 31 at 2:47 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Extended Stay Hotel located at 1 Meadowlands Parkway on a report of a threats being made against a hotel employee. During the investigation, the police arrested a 34-year-old male, Guyvens Dorvilier of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of the Broward County Sheriff's Office in Florida with no bail. Mr. Dorvilier was also charged with Being a Fugitive from Justice [2A:160-10]. Mr. Dorvilier was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail. On March 31 at 7:17 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 32-year-old male, Dideson Francois of Elizabeth, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Elizabeth, NJ in the amount of $500.00 with a 10% option. Mr. Francois was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody. On April 1 at 4:03 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Paterson Police Department to take into custody a 54-year-old male, George Mendez of Port Monmouth, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ with no bail. The outstanding warrant was issued for the charges of Aggravated Assault [2C:12-1B(2)], Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose, a baseball bat [2C:39-4D] and Conspiracy [2C:5-2A(1)] in relation to an incident that occurred on 03/18/2022 in the area of Irving Place. Mendez was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail. On April 1 at 6:58 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 34-year-old male, Pedro Figueroa of Jersey City, NJ for Hindering Apprehension [2C:29-3B(4)] for providing false information to law enforcement. Figueroa was served his complaint summons and was released from police custody. On April 2 at 12:47 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to the area of 50 Hartz Way on a report of a motor vehicle accident. During the investigation, the police arrested a 26-year-old male, Edisson Teneda Tenelema of Brooklyn, NY for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Teneda Tenelema was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 2 motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult. On April 2 at 11:36 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 38-year-old female, Amarilis Soto of Union City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union City, NJ in the amount of $99. Soto was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody. On April 2 at 11:25 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Walmart located at 400 Park Plaza Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 20-year-old female, Zaniyah Porter of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Montvale, NJ in the amount of $1,000. Porter was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody. These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
