Press release from the City of Austin: March 29, 2022 Case: 22-0870409Date: March 28, 2022Time: 3:00 a.m.Location: 9000 block of Texas Sun Dr The Austin Police Department (APD) Auto Theft Unit is requesting the community's help locating a red 2018 F-150 that was stolen on March 28, 2022, at approximately 3:00 a.m. The victim has a physical disability and their red F-150 is equipped with a handicap crane lift located in the bed of the truck along with driver door accessibility instruments. The suspect and suspect vehicle were caught casing the area through doorbell camera. Missing vehicle: Suspect and suspect vehicle: If you see the truck, please call 9-1-1.
