FRAUD ALERT: SICK AMERICAN BULLIES

I just lost my 16 year old Pitbull. My boyfriend for my birthday a "American Bully" from a "breeder" Dom Hyler who did not disclose the puppy he sold me had a respiratory infection. Only mentioned it when I contacted him after having to bring the puppy to the vet for the FIRST incident. He then told me the puppy did have an infection, was on medication and was due back to his vet for it. (Why would he sell an already sick puppy if he knew that puppy had to go back to "HIS" vet??) I contacted him this weekend as I had to take my dog the emergency vet, he said he would meet me there to help with costs. He texted he was 25 minutes away. After an hour waiting, he stopped answering me. I went back to his house and he said he wanted ALL the vet records. He became aggressive, swearing and threatening. (Sunday 04/03/2022) I reached out today after calming down (spent Sunday bawling my eyes out) and bringing Tommy home today with another bill (SEE PIC total $468.00 for this last visit alone) asking how he wanted them. He first said in person, then he said if I showed up at his house with the papers "we would have problems".. I offered for him to speak to my vet over the phone, go in person with me, have the records PLUS receipts I have kept everything, and then he said he wasn't willing to do ANYTHING and that I could sue him. I am. BE WARNED - THIS MAN IS SELLING SICK DOGS. I also found another breeder who said he breeds these dogs with their own brothers and sisters!!!! I HAD NO IDEA! NEVER BUY FROM THIS MAN. If you have been scammed by him, bought a sick dog buy him, please contact me - I might be able to help you in litigation as long as you have the vet records (hopefully text messages too, that will help) against him being filed out of Rutherford County. This is no longer an issue about money, this is an issue about doing what is right and not threatening people when you were selling sickly puppies. He should not be breeding these dogs, which are not even 100% American Bullies. FYI: Also have a DNA test done on your dog for court as well, so you can prove what you thought you were buying wasn't even the breed you were actually getting.
