Looking to rehome two good loving male Treeing Walker Coonhound pups named MJ and KB. Ideally we would like to rehome them together. Rehoming Fee: $600.00 for the two. They’re sweet tempered and love running free in our fenced backyard. But we’re at the point where we can’t give them the time and energy they deserve. They need someone who has the time and patience to train them properly. Info: - They’re 9 months old littermates. - MJ weighs around 75 lbs. - KB is between 50 to 65 lbs. - Both up-to-date on first 1 year shots. - Not yet neutered or spayed. - Not house trained. - Needs potty training. - Needs more work to walk on leash. They will freely run if let out. -They have been good with people, but they’re going to be big, lean muscular, and hyper dogs that can knock over a smaller child without being malicious about it. Behavioral Details: - They both have very different personalities but are both adventurous and love to do everything together. - MJ (bigger one) loves to be around people. - KB (might be the dominant?) is slightly more introverted and loves to play with toys and things. - As littermates they do tend to show signs of separation anxiety. Either one will bark and howl when not together. Which is why we’d like them to be re-homed together. - With any Hound breed they are very vocal, very playful, and very energetic. And at times their play can get a little too rough. - Also being Scenthounds, they both really love using their nose to sniff around for treats we hide around the yard. - On the flip side of their high-energy level… they’re happy to just lay around and chill, especially after a good exercise and meal. - MJ will tree for things. And KB loves going after burrowing things. - They respond to commands “sit” and “stay.” We’ve had them since they were 8 weeks old. We love them and want the best for them.
