Looking for a 3bdrm rental in Freehold Boro. Also if it were a 2 bdrm with an extra room/den/finished basement...etc. Some kind of extra space that could be converted into an extra room would work as well. I have been looking with a realtors help for the past 3 months now, but as soon as something goes on the market its scooped up immediately!! I thought that maybe by posting this here on Patch someone who may be putting something up for rent by owner (personally) would see this and contact me! My realtor only receives listings through realtor sites. I am trying to do some leg work on "rentals by owners", and then I forward the information to her, and she can contact them for me to set up a time to see the property.
This is an incredible source of outlet to my personal community/my neighbors! I feel that being able to post a personal announcement amongst all the people in my town, which whom I've grown up with, and lived around for over 40 years is a great way to seek out the help and knowledge needed when enquiring about our hometown!
Thank you to all of you that are apart of this and that lend a helping hand, or speak up when something needs to be addressed about our town! Regardless if we know each other personally or not...Freehold is one big family that cares about one another and takes pride in what we do to keep our community as united and special as it is.
