On March 16, 2022, a jury found defendant Raul Pinzon Garcia guilty of allegations of sexual assault against two victims.
The jury found the defendant guilty of sex crimes with a child 10 or under, forcible lewd act upon a child and other related offenses.
Starting from approximately 5 to 6 years old, Jane Doe 1 was molested by her biological father. The defendant committed multiple acts of sexual abuse on her until she was 11-years-old and her mom witnessed one incident of assault. Through tears, Jane Doe 1 explained to her mom what she had been going through at the defendant's hands.
