**READ ENTIRE AD IF INTERESTED** I’m an owner operator of a small business doing residential work and need an assistant. I have been in business alone a couple years with friends helping etc. I recently got admin help and she has packed the schedule, which has shown me how much business I have been missing. This is my busy time of the year and have steady part time work 3 days a week, sometimes easily full time but not guaranteed. Customers range from upper middle class, Awatukee for example, up to Paradise valley estates so clean cut, and trustworthy is mandatory. Must have: -own transportation -eye for detail** -Paint Prep experience is a PLUS* -willing to learn and follow specific instructions/method. -ability to lift/carry 75lbs+ from house to street - work on small ladder or step-stool for extended periods of time. -comfortable operating basic power tools, sanders etc. Can start as early as this week. Pay is cash $15 for training first week or two and DOE can be more, keep in mind no taxes withheld is equivalent to making $21+, if you’re a good fit you will be hired as 1099 and handle taxes however you want. After a week or two or once you can work independently $18-20 is where I want to be. If you’re killing it at the job there is a lot of money to be made and ability to grow with us, as we scale running a crew etc. In a year the goal is to have two crews running daily.
