MAPLE GROVE, MN — The Minnesota Department of Transportation is aiming to wrap up its $350 million project to improve Interstate 94 between Maple Grove and Clearwater by mid-August. Work is scheduled to restart April 15 on projects in Wright County, where crews will finish reconstructing six miles of roadway between St. Michael and Albertville and 15 miles between Monticello and Clearwater. That work is expected to cause intermittent lane closures during off-peak hours though mid-August, MnDOT officials said. The Enfield Rest Area is due to be closed for the same period.
