Here are the top three stories in Cincinnati today: Sammy, a 3-year-old boy with a congenital heart defect, received a new heart at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. The young boy's medical condition affects normal blood flow through the heart. Sammy's dad, Garland Jones, said his new heart is beating like a drum and he is now off bypass. (WLWT Cincinnati)Cincinnati police are searching for 15-year-old Brooklyn Cassidy and 14-year-old Sarah Irwin. The teenagers went missing on Mar. 31 after leaving a group home following a fight with other residents. Click the link to view a picture of the teen girls. (WLWT Cincinnati)Although Ohio's early primary voting will begin Tuesday, Apr. 5., not all of the races will be on the ballot. Voters will cast their votes for U.S. Congress, U.S. Senator, governor, state attorney general, state auditor, secretary of state, state treasurer, and several judicial candidates, local candidates, and issues. Races for state representatives, state senate, and state central committees will not be on the primary ballot. The primary will continue in part in spite of unresolved legal disputes over redistricting maps.
