Missing Aurora Teen, 17, Not Responding To Texts, Calls: Police

AURORA, IL — A 17-year-old Aurora teenager is missing and believed to have run away from home. Aurora police said Ava Michelini was last seen Saturday after she was dropped off at a friend's house on Aurora's far east side. Police said the teenager left the friend's house and is not responding to phone calls or text messages. She was last believed to be in Elburn but likely left the area, according to police. Police are asking anyone who has seen Michelini to contact Aurora Police Department Investigations at 630-256-5500.
