Here are the top three stories in Grand Rapids today: Teresa Ann Rosser has been sentenced to five years in prison after a January 2021 drunk driving crash. The incident killed Grand Rapids resident Ivan Reynaga, 21. Rosser's blood-alcohol level was .267 ⁠— more than three times the legal limit⁠— when she was driving 60 mph in a 35 mph zone. (MLive.com)Kent County is receiving $2.14 million from recreational marijuana sales from the state. The money will be distributed throughout the county with Grand Rapids receiving $677,000. This is the first year that the city will be receiving a share of the funds after opening its first recreational dispensary in late 2020. (MLive.com)ArtPrize is returning to the Grand Rapids area.
