Our company replaces windows and doors in homes located in Maryland, northern Virginia and Washington, DC. We are looking to add to our team. We are looking for highly motivated candidates that have the desire to learn and grow. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, so candidates must be customer oriented. Position is full time - year round. Job Description: At least 1 year experience in the installation of windows and doors - including capping the exterior frames and caulking. The installer will be responsible for ensuring that the job is completed to our company standards and to the satisfaction of the customer. The installer must be able to communicate clearly and effectively as they direct and supervise helpers. They will also communicate directly with the customer and must be able to do so in a professional and courteous manner.
