Hello friends, I'm looking for a plumbing team to rough plumb a 4 unit renovation. We're taking almost everything down to the studs and will need the following scope covered: -install new stack for DWV - drain,waste, vent system from basement to roof. connect to existing sanitary line in basement. install cleanouts. -rough branch lines off the stack for kitchen and bathroom connections. Run drain for future washer dryer connections.. run condensate drains for furnaces. -run 3/4" water lines from basement to each unit. Prep for mechanical installed who will install furnace and hwh. Valve basement and units of course. -run appropriate size gas supply lines (probably 1", maybe 3/4") from basement to each unit and provide 3 way valve (furnace, oven, hwh) - valve and cap each line. Pressure test all connections as needed to get gas meters installed. Fire Foam for Plumbing Penetrations as needed PLEASE TEXT ME ABOUT YOURSELF, YOUR BUSINESS, AVAILABILITY.
