Help needed! Anyone with room for recording vocals?

Hi there! I was wondering if there is anyone with a space to record vocals at. I've been meaning to put out an e.p since I was 19..... I'm 30 now hahaha time flies. But with recent events in my personal life I've decided to make this petty dream come true. I live in a small room with neighbors so I can't be loud here. I can't afford studio time so I was hoping maybe someone can let me record vocals in their space. I can pay a little bit or if you need to record instruments maybe I can help with that in exchange for the space and time. I'll bring my own gear to use. I just need a space where I can feel free for expression. The e.p i've been working on is on the surf-rock, indie, with a little bit of aggression. I can send samples of the e.p.
