Labor Systems Temporary Services is seeking an individual for Grounds/Maintenance. The Grounds/Maintenance worker shall maintain buildings and grounds in a state of operating excellence. We have daily or next day pay available. Labor Systems is a leader in the staffing industry, and we take pride in our safety, quality and productivity. Primary Responsibilities of Grounds/Maintenance Worker include, but are not limited to: Maintenance worker will assist complete grounds work such as; picking up trash, sweeping, pressure washing, clearing and cleaning dumpster area and maintaining landscape. Watering grounds and landscaping as necessary. Performing preventative maintenance. Handling basic repairs and maintenance Must be able to perform job duties while, bending, walking, pushing and lifting all day while performing heavy cleaning duties Maintenance worker assists in maintaining the exterior of the property daily to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times. Maintenance worker must have light plumbing experience; such as installing bathroom sink, toilet, shower heads, etc. Assistance with transferring appliances when necessary. Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management and problem solving skills. Superior customer service skills including the ability to manage difficult customers and/or situations. Grounds/Maintenance Worker Requirements: Property maintenance experience. Skilled in the use of hand and power tools. Ability to do basic, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall Ability to use common tools such as hammers, saws, drills, and wrenches. Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices. Experience performing routine maintenance. Strong organizational and follow up skills. Eye for detail.
