Looking for a hardworking and reliable custodian to maintain facility/office areas at the mine located approximately 45 minutes from Fairbanks. The ideal candidate for this position is safety conscious, and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. Position’s general focus is cleaning/janitorial duties in addition to limited grounds maintenance. Job duties can include: Cleaning in hallways, employee lunchrooms, restrooms, and offices. Also cleans windows, floors, dusting and trash removal. Proper disposal of waste products Cleaning snow from entrance and sidewalks Upkeeping custodial area and reporting supply orders to supervisor Perform inspection and maintenance of equipment specific to job duties. Other duties as assigned This is a full-time position with 4 days a week 10 hours each shift. Pay starting at $22/HR. Requirements: Previous work-related experience is a plus Driver’s License/Reliable transportation Punctuality and regular attendance are required.
