Seeking Talented Shinglers & Members to join our Tear Off Crew! Have verifiable experience of roofing demolition and shingling experience is ideal. However, we will train the right person we believe will become a great asset to our team (construction background). Qualified applicants must: -Show up on time ready to work. -Perform duties with diligence and quality. -Work well with others and follow direction from upper management. -Have a positive attitude. -Be willing to work Saturdays during peak season - if required for the project. -Follow safety policies and procedures. -Have a valid driver's license (CDL a PLUS!) and reliable transportation. -Be willing and able to pass a pre-employment drug test. Post accident/random drug and alcohol tests as the need/situations arise. Pay is depending on experience, education and prevailing wage rates when applicable.
