Job Description & Requirements: -Full time -The job is working on a paint crew for residential and commercial painting projects -Must be comfortable on ladders & not be afraid of heights -Able to lift and move heavy equipment up to 100 pounds -Workweek is 7:30am-4:30pm Monday - Friday (occasional overtime and weekend work opportunity is optional). We start early, and we end early -We are based out of Lake Orion and most of our work is done in Oakland county -Work experience is not required, but it is nice to have -We will train and provide all tools necessary to work -Be professional in appearance and demeanor. Communicate well with the team and our customers -Work well on a team and possess our core values: discipline, integrity, accountability, a growth-mindset, and commitment to producing the finest workmanship in the industry
