2 lost dogs going North on 175. I collar 1 without but had one, must've came off. Reddish Brown medium big boy with a woddle other with tag and collar multi color tall. Both friendly but I couldn't get the tag info because it wouldn't stop at my car like the brown one did I opened the door but he didn't get in the other one was keeping an eye on it and let them into the brush area but looped back around to the road and then back into the brush when I was whistling I did contact the police and they are trying to find a dog catcher both were very very friendly It was around 130 pm.
