Here is a list of what would be expected of you: Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 1. Construction experience required, and window/door installation experience preferred. 2. Job Site Prep and construction duties to MAY include – set up temporary security and dust walls and protect the clients home from damage, dig and prepare for footings or foundation needs, follow engineering specs, cutdown walls or reframe for new walls, install and connect required beam and support requirements on a variety of home types, waterproofing, drywall replacement including mud, tape and texture, stucco replacement including brown, scratch and texture, and any miscellaneous tasks associated with projects of this nature. 3. Installation of windows and doors to manufacturer Specs and building code requirements. 4. Accepts and inspects all incoming and outgoing material and product to ensure quality and accuracy. 5. Maintains a clean and safe work environment 6. Ensures the expectations of the client are being met throughout the project and will collaborate with Skye Walls team with changes if necessary and be prepared to adjust scope of work. 7. Responsible for the quality installation of Skye walls Jobs start to finish. Competencies 1. Strong Communication between client, install team, subcontractors and operations staff. 2. Demolition. 3.
