Overview: Lighthouse Sign Co. is expanding and we are currently seeking to hire experienced Installers to add to our installation team. We install and service a very wide variety of commercial businesses in the Western and Mid-Western United States. Requirements: A clean driving record is required Occasional out-of-town work is required. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds Must have the ability to perform and work well with others. Must be comfortable working at heights (Ladders/ bucket/ Crane Lift) 5 years minimum experience working for a sign company is preferred The job consists of a minimum of 8-hour shifts and the employee is required to reach with arms and hands, climb up and down ladders, work with sign materials, etc. Specific Responsibilites: Assembly and Finishing – Work with the Design Team to install vinyl to substrates, and to assemble and finish signs. As with all tasks, key priorities are working safely, and ensuring that all work is done to high Quality standards. The installers also need to plan their work efficiently, to ensure that work is completed on schedule. Installation – Coordinate with the installation scheduler on all installations. Coordinate with Design, with our fabricators and others (e.g., equipment rental companies) to properly plan for all installations. When on-site performing installations, work safely and professionally to complete the project as per the design, and in compliance with all City permits and customer expectations. Types of signs to be installed will include: Lobby signs Wall and window graphics Vehicle graphics Building signs Electrical signs LED retrofits Electrical service calls And other types of signs as requested. Fabrication – Fabricate, assemble, or complete non-illuminated signs. Quality Control – Serve as the final point of contact on all projects. Ensure that customers are satisfied with all work, document any issues, and photograph all installations. Quickly communicate all issues to the Production Manager. Experience and education: Minimum three years experience as a sign installer Clean driving record Class B License preferred
