Please read the entire ad before applying. Experience is not necessary; we will train you on things you don't know. This is a maintenance position at my property, includes but not limited to cleaning interior and exterior, siding, fencing, decks, pressure washing, yard work, painting interior and exterior. These are just a few examples. This is not a gig and is not a flat rate job. it is a part time job, at least 4 to 8 hours a day, at least 2 to 3 days per week.
