Welcome to Tammy’s Rose Culinary Academy for Youth. It is like no other, it is not profit driven, it is passion driven. My name is Chef Elizabeth, I have spent more time in a Kitchen than I have outside of one. I have worked in every aspect of a Commercial Kitchen. From washing dishes to being an Executive Chef. It is because of my Love for Culinary Arts, and my love for Children and Teaching Culinary Arts, that it is my desire to share what I know with your Children. This is the reason that my Culinary Academy exist. I am a Culinary Graduate with degrees in Culinary Arts and Baking/Pastry. I have worked in roles as Food Service Director at a year around Christian Resort to Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment. I have my Manager Serv-safe certification as well as being an instructor and Proctor. I am also a proud member of the American Culinary Federation.
