I have a generation 3 prius with a replacement catalytic converter that needs to be welded on and then troubleshoot from there. It had clear indication that the original one was clogged, and may be the only issue. I did the egr valve, spark plugs, etc myself, and I think I did it right. I don't have a good OBD2 reader, just an old one. If you think this is in your wheelhouse, let's talk! Must be local.
