small turtle needs a new home: younger brother doesn't have experience of caring for one, and i just don't have the time to care for the turtle and give it the best home it requires. use to have a tank but it broke a few days ago. we have other turtle tank necessities for sale if interested. asking for a small rehoming fee of $30 but is negotiable
