Saturday 4/9 2-5pm @ Envision San Diego Personalized Wellness Center Learn the art of Massage, as a couple! Experience the joy of giving and receiving therapeutic touch in this chair-massage workshop focusing on the neck and upper back. Therapist Julia Cook will demonstrate massage techniques to help you release aching spots on your partner without injury to them, and without tiring or cramping your own hands. This 3-hour workshop will include a demonstration and education portion, hands-on practice time for each partner and a Q&A session at the end. $50/couple
