Responsibilities: -Tree and bush trimming, grass cutting, and care of property grounds -Removal of snow from property grounds (when applicable) -Ensuring property and all public interior and exterior areas on site are clear and clean -Spring and fall cleanup projects -Maintenance, care, and inventory of all grounds-work and housekeeping related equipment -Assist maintenance staff in areas such as light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall work -Assist maintenance staff in make readies -Responsible for cleaning all vacant apartments for new occupant Requirements: -High school diploma or equivalent -6 months related experience -General knowledge of groundskeeping, landscaping, and basic maintenance tasks -Ability to safely operate equipment -Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process) Benefits and Compensation: - Competitive pay - Tuition reimbursement program - Power tool and Tool reimbursement program - Paid Time Off - Holiday Paid Time Off - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance - Life and Disability Insurance - Housing Discounts Equal Opportunity Employer
