CURRENTLY SEEKING EMPLOYEES FOR ASPHALT AND CONCRETE WORK IN SUMNER WA. Asphalt laborers assist in the pouring, smoothing and setting of asphalt on roads, pathways, and parking lots. The main role of the asphalt laborer is to look after the mat. This includes raking, sweeping, and lining out the road, as well as working alongside the tractor, mill, paver, and the screed. Demo worksites and prepare them for new concrete pour or placement, Mix concrete, Pour or place concrete, Install rebar, expansion joints, or carbon fiber, Repair concrete structures, Apply finishing coat, Follow all safety protocols when using tools and equipment, Clean up the worksite when the project is complete. ALSO LLOKING FOR CDL DRIVERS Assist in loading, unloading, lifting and moving of materials, parts and tools, to and from site. Manual labor of forming, pouring, finishing and stripping of the concrete. Assist with rebarring duties. Operate hand-tools or construction site power-tools as needed. Concrete Laborer Requirements and Qualifications: High school diploma and GED certificate 1+ years of concrete or skilled labor experience preferred Knowledge of standard construction equipment and materials Ability to lift 50 pounds Reliable transportation
