[Looking] Joint Rehearsal Space

Anybody willing to co rent rehearsal space or have me added onto theirs? I'm looking for space to use as recording space from 12AM to roughly 6AM at about 6 to 12 hours per week to write and record my demos. These time frames generally don't interfere with your workloads and so that's why I chose them. I write and record modern hard rock music so during the writing process I have to be excessively loud for a few hours on a 2-3 day work week average.
