Looking for guitarist

Our band is taking a different direction from our previous gigs playing country and classic rock and working on 90s/2000s rock. We were gigging 2-3 times a month but with Covid, labor shortage and a few replacement musicians we haven’t done much for a couple years. Looking to get back into it and do some gigs this summer. We have a bass, guitar and drums, and while I was the lead singer and handled lead guitar, I am retiring from playing guitar and focusing on vocals. So we need an experienced lead guitar player with good stage presence and gear. I still play on some tunes as needed but the individual we are looking for should plan on handling most leads - even though a lot of these tunes don’t have very complex ones. We still throw some Skynyrd into the mix because it’s fun, but STP, Greenday, Chili Peppers, 3 Doors Down, Fastball, etc. that sort of 90s college rock stuff you couldn’t get away from back in the day. We are all full time employed with families so need to have stuff ready - practice isn’t for learning songs, it’s for tightening them as a group.
