Job Description: Operate paving rollers and other related paving equipment. Perform daily maintenance and safety check of equipment. The ability to communicate with testing agency and foreman. Other duties as directed by supervisor. Qualifications: Must have a valid driver license and clean driving record. Must have 3 plus years of experience operating rollers on asphalt. Operate other heavy equipment during non-paving season. Recognize mechanical issues and the ability to secure the machine to avoid additional damage. Maintain a safe operation around the machine.
