Electro Mechanical Assembler Fast growing semiconductor automation company is seeking a qualified electro mechanical assembler (first shift) to join a dynamic environment with customers all over the globe. Responsibilities: • Accurately completes process paperwork and entering data into the applicable work order management system; • Assemble equipment according to blueprint and schematics correctly; • Assemble simple to sophisticated laboratory fluid handling equipment and robots; • Use of hand tools, tweezers, and other light machinery; • Supports continuous improvement activities and participates in problem solving activities; • Work in a production environment assembling mechanical laboratory devices; • Maintain a clean and orderly work area; • Requires excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, high efficiency, and ability to follow process instructions; • Use of common test equipment, including voltmeters and specific product testers; • Reading and interpreting basic schematics and drawings; • Normally follows established procedures on routine work with limited supervision, requires detailed instructions only on new assignments; • Crimping and splicing of wires; • Basic soldering and wire harnessing; • Working with small hand tools under magnification. Requirements: • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Fully capable of using all standard measuring tools (i.e. mics/indicators/height gauges); • Provide cross-training when needed; • We approach challenges willingly and consider continuous improvement a daily part of the job; • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Read and comprehend blueprints, specifications and schematics; • Understanding of personal computer general navigation; • Keyboarding ability; • Knowledge of soldering • Learn new products; Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements: • High school diploma or GED • Previous manufacturing or assembling experience • Certifications are a plus Please send your resume or CV
