Need a bassist for fast, melodic punk rock

Face to Face, NUFAN, Bad Religion, Lagwagon, Midtown, Much the Same, Strung Out...any of these ring a bell? Do you play bass? Then keep reading! Our bassist has moved and we are looking for a new bassist who wants to play in styles of the above listed bands. Must have your own gear, have a car, be able to chip in very small $ per month for rehearsal space. We're not interested in the "fall down drunk at practice" type or the "20 something who thinks we are going to be huge" type. We are not going to make it and we are cool with that. We have one release under our belts, and the current roster has played in touring bands with plenty of releases, but we have no plans to tour nor quit our day jobs. We will be playing local shows and putting out music. If you have your act together, actually live near/outside of Boston (not 20 miles beyond 495), have some songs with you playing on them that we can check out, then do get in touch. Please just don't reply with "send me your songs." That gets an automatic delete. If you can string a few sentences together about yourself/experience, have some links to past bands, and you got chops, we will most likely reach out to you.
