Need extra set of strong hands for spring projects

I could use another me, when I was about 18 (eager, willing, flexible, strong/healthy). Have a number of spring jobs (Albemarle and Lake Tillery area). The 2 immediate jobs: 1) move furniture from one storage unit to another (I have truck, trailer, straps, heavy duty hand truck and dolly) 2) remove and put down new shingles on 1/2 of roof and a porch roof Please respond with quick explanation of how and why interested. Then we can talk and agree to work these jobs together. Thank you.
