Immediate direct hire opportunity in Fishersville! Essential Functions: The individual in this position will be involved with troubleshooting, moderate decision-making, and problem solving within the machining department. Overall responsibility will include set up and operation of machinery, perform process checks and inspections, identify, document, and control nonconforming material according to procedures. This individual will also identify and implement corrective actions to address nonconformance and implement root cause corrective actions. Education or Formal Training: - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Completion of 1 Apprenticeship. Experience Required: - At least 3 years of related work experience EOE AA
