Light moving/hauling job

I am looking for some help with 1) shifting two pieces of furniture - a particle board pantry moved from one room to another on the same floor, and a futon moved into a backyard shed (both on ground level), 2) moving two heavy "beds in a bag" from downstairs to upstairs, 3) flattening and hauling away 8-10 large boxes
