Free Government Phones set up under our True Wireless Tent located @ 5938 S Peoria Ave Tulsa Oklahoma 74105. You’ll need a Oklahoma State ID or Drivers License as well as some kind of Government assistant such as Foodstamps, Soonercare or Medicaid, TANF/Housing, Tribal help, SSI, Veterans Pension or if you make less than $1,600 a month you could qualify for Low Poverty and in that case you’ll also need to bring a w2 or last years tax return paper. If you have an out of state ID or License we will need a proof of Oklahoma residency and if your address is different than the one on your ID or License than we will need a proof of address for that as well. If you don’t have a License or ID than we will need either a Birth Certificate or Social Security Card with a piece of mail. We could also use a DOC photo screen shot plus a piece of mail. Come see us we are here Mon-Fri 10AM-6PM and we can also do scheduled appointments but will have to meet in public area like McDonald’s as well as we can run your name and get you set up from online or through text messages then meet for you to pick it up or you could pick it up at the Tent if you send a picture of your ID or License with your Social Security Number and make sure and tell us the type of benefit you qualify under and let us know if you have Soonercare/Medicaid as it goes a lot quicker with verifying medical.
