EIFS Applicator/Plasterer

Rutledge Remodel and Construction LLC is looking for experienced EIFS Applicators. Must have OWN transportation (NO EXCEPTIONS) Minimum of 5 years experience (NO EXCEPTIONS) Must be able to fill out documents and provide two forms of LEGAL IDENTIFICATION Work nights Sunday to Friday 9pm to 7am Paid weekly (direct deposit) Pay depends on experience MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL-projects throughout Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas Applicants must be knowledgeable in commercial plaster work. Spraying or rolling on air/water barriers. Mixing basecoat/adhesive material. Applying fiberglass mesh. Rasp/Sand foam to create smooth surface. Troweling on finish coat. Paint experience is recommended as well. Skills required: Ability to read and follow plans/blueprints. Measuring and planning. Knowledge of products, specifications, how to apply each product and their limitations. Ability to work at heights using ladders, scaffold, swing stages, or aerial lifts. Basic knowledge of the construction industry including products, tools, equipment, and terminology. Previous experience or knowledge of a troweled trade, such as plaster, is a plus.
