Rutledge Remodel and Construction LLC is looking for experienced Sealant Applicators. Must have OWN transportation (NO EXCEPTIONS) Minimum of 5 years experience (NO EXCEPTIONS) Must be able to fill out documents and provide two forms of LEGAL IDENTIFICATION Work nights Sunday to Friday 9pm to 7am Paid weekly (direct deposit) Pay depends on experience MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL-projects throughout Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas Applicants must be knowledgeable in commercial sealant work, expansion joints, elastomeric products, caulking. Paint experience is recommended as well. Job duties would include: Applying new sealant to make joints airtight or waterproof Smoothing and finishing seals Removing old sealant Must have: Knowledge of construction Confident working with your hands Good communication skills Thorough, with good attention to detail.
