I have 50 acres out of state that I am building a homestead on. I am looking for someone who is interested in joining me. I have a construction business and have been getting stable work. You should want to help in my construction jobs, and also want to build your home on my property- either permanent or semi permanent. -a cabin, tiny home, trailer, yurt or the like. You should know how or want to learn farming - either livestock, gardening, etc. to help with my farm. I would prefer if you had a wife/kids/or plan on it. So probably your week would look like this- 20 hours helping with my work in return I will pay you a shared profit from construction and also have you stay rent free on my property in a living situation that we build for you. No drugs, drama, alcohol, etc. If it works out and we like each other I am willing to parse out a suitable lot for you. This is really a good opportunity for the right person to get out of New York- it’s what I did and I don’t regret it. So email me with your info and a little back story and we can go from there.
