Seeking Indian Food Chef for Private Party

A private birthday celebration will be held in a Poughkeepsie home in November. We are seeking an Indian food chef who could come into our home and prepare Indian food for the party. This will not be a sit-down dinner - rather, we will need a buffet of choices for guests to help themselves and/or passed appetizers etc. We would like to pay for all of the ingredients needed and pay a fair hourly rate for a chef's time to come into the house, prepare and serve the food for the party. Please send information about qualifications and please advise when you would be available to schedule an interview. If we proceed further we will need to taste the food you suggest.
