NOW HIRING! POSITION: Maintenance Technician (Salary based on experience) Roughly 20 hours per week. (Varies on seasonal needs) SKILLS  Self motivated  Familiarity with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations (Not Required)  Professionalism  Good communication  Reliable EDUCATION/ REQUIREMENTS  Must be 18+ years of age or older  High School Diploma  Valid Divers License  Reliable transportation (Pick-up Truck/Van Preferred)  1-3 years of maintenance experience  Must pass a background check This position requires the candidate to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to being hired. This will include any booster shots recommended by the CDC. Successful Applicant must provide proof of these vaccinations. RESPONSIBILITIES  Promptly respond to emails, calls, and texts  Communication with property manager, crew, contractors, and tenants.  Tracking hours per property (filling out time sheets)  Able to be contacted off hours or on weekends in case of emergency when on call  Removal of trash/items left behind at properties  Maintain standards of rental properties  Basic Plumbing  Basic Electrical  Basic painting/drywall repair  Basic furnace knowledge  Emergency coordination  Basic window/door repair  Appliance repair
